Unfortunately my appointment was delayed by over half an hour. I don’t mind having to wait so long as I am told about it but no one did explain that there was going to be a delay. The only reason I knew was because I heard another patient complaining. – We are sorry there was a delay in the appointment time and that no one informed you. Unfortunately, as a result of the COVID situation, there were no reception staff so they could not update you. In addition, we had several patients with quite serious vascular problems that took time to sort.
