‘I have recovered very well from the procedure I had 2 weeks ago. I had little to no pain after the procedure and managed to dance for 3 hours the evening following the operation. The little holes at the side of my legs as well as the injection site on my shins have healed well. There is still a bruised look to my left leg in patches, however I understand that I should see improvement gradually over the next few months’. KG – patient had bilateral VNUS and avulsions under local anaesthetic.
